Overall enjoyable experience, though food was a bit cold by the time we started digging into it. Due to the onsen egg being left there for a while, the rice was a little soggy too. But otherwise, all good.

The truffle beef short rib bowl is back with a vengeance! Absolutely melts in your mouth!! Excellent customer service.

The food were yummy, should improved the packaging used. The delivery was really bad. 37 mins and we all didn't have time to eat it before we left for our outing. This is the first and last time we will use this delivery service. Perhaps Grillo can consider using deliveroo again as I could not find them in deliveroo .

The food portion is a bit small and would be great if you can label all the packets instead of just the first one. Took us awhile to figure out what is what after the first packet is taken away.

The delivery man came with two bags and one packet of food in one of the bag was not placed properly which resulted in the sauce spilling. Also, we suspect the salmon was not handled well as the 2 persons who took the same dish did not feel well in the night.

“great but some improvements”

The rice seasoning sauce was too generous and salty, and the rice was quite smushed in the box. The colour of the bento boxes ran from the heat and condensation and stuck together. But otherwise, everything was great! :)

Hi. I am a regular customer of Grilllo and Grilllo never fail me with its excellent customer service. On Tuesday (23/02/2016), I was again at Grilllo getting my favourite garlic tofu bowl. Again, I received great customer service. The staff at the cashier recognized that I am one of the regular customers, and offered to give me extra rice, as I did not want the salad that came with the garlic tofu bowl. When I told the staff at the cashier I did not want extra rice as I might not be able to finish the rice, the staff then offered to give me extra sauce and tofu. In the end, I just took the extra sauce, as I was too "embarrassed" to take extra tofu :) I was also offered a discount. I hope Grilllo continues with its great customer service, as great customer service definitely helps to enhance the whole dining experience. There are some restaurants out there that do not place much emphasis on customer service. These restaurants do not bother with customer service maybe because they already have a steady stream of regular customers. However for me, regardless of the great quality of food served by the restaurant, I will not patronize a restaurant for the second time, if the customer service is very poor. For me, both food quality and customer service are equally important. Grilllo is really one of the few eateries which serves good quality food and delivers great customer service. I hope the staff at Grilllo continues to keep up with their good work. I also hope the boss of Grilllo will continue to show his or her staff with much appreciation, because the staff are really doing a good job.
