Try the salmon with yuzu tartare, sirloin with chilli, chicken with teriyaki and the eggplant and mushroom. Don't forget to add onsen egg!
Grilllo's first outlet is housed inside the new PasarBella food court at Suntec City. It is positioned as a modern interpretation on yakitori, and pivots on a menu of grilled skewers. They have about 10 in total ranging from salmon/snapper, to beef, chicken and vegetables -- a host of side options (edamame & corn salad, onsen egg, etc.) and 4 amazing homemade sauces. All fresh and some great healthy options. However -- apart from having a cool, minimal design, and very tasty food -- their star is the "Grilllo Box." You can choose from 6 different set meal options and get: - 3 skewers - 2 sides (cabbage & carrot salad, wild grain rice, sweet potato fries, short white rice) - 1 sauce (sweet, smokey, zesty, spicy) - 1 free add on (dessert) ...all for $9.90 after tax!!! as far as Singapore goes, this is a steal and well worth the visit.
